The current generation entry level luxury sedan car, Nissan Maxima recalls the high performance luxury car, equipped by a powerful V6 engine and CVT transmission.
Engine
The luxury car is offered in two trim versions namely the base S and the SV models. Both the models are powered by a 3.5 liter V6 engine that produces power up to 290 hp at an angular speed of 6400 rpm and torque of 261 lb ft at an angular speed of 4400 rpm. The only available transmission to the luxury car is its Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT).
The Nissan Maxima recalls the Infiniti G35 model as the luxury car shares most of the design features from the G35 car. The other competitor models to the maxima model include Hyundai Genesis, Volkswagen Passat, Acura TL and Infiniti G35.
Price & Dimensions
The base price of the Nissan Maxima is around $28,000 and extends up to $32,200. The luxury four door sedan cars have the seating capacity of up to five passengers. As far as the dimensions of the car are concerned, it has wheel base of 109.3 inches. The length, width and the height of the car are 190.3 inches, 73.2 inches and 57.8 inches respectively. The luxury model can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in a time span of just 6.2 seconds.
