Engine
This 2009 model is a sports sedan model build on four-door body style and it is offered in two different trim models- S and SV. Though both the trim versions are powered by a 3.5 liter V-6 engine that can produce power up to 290 hp at an angular speed of 6400 rpm, the accessories may vary in each model.
Fuel Economy
The sports model has the capacity to achieve fuel economy of 19 miles per gallon in the city streets, while it can achieve 26 miles per gallon on the highway roads. Standard on both the models is a variable speed automatic transmission with overdrive.
There are several available accessories and they are featured based on the trim and engine type. As far as the SV model is concerned, it is also powered by V-6 engine and it is mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The new features available to the model are its iPod integration, Bluetooth phone integration and hard drive based navigation system with live traffic system.
Looking at the drawbacks of the features, the navigation system does not reroute around traffic incidents automatically and the Bluetooth phone does not import contact lists from the cell phone.
