The 2004 Nissan Maxima is a redesigned model with new features and new styling. This model shares most of the design features from the Nissan Altima. Minor changes in the interior include increment in the wheel base by 2.9 inches, length by 2 inches and weight by 200 lbs.
Engine
The 2004 Nissan Maxima parts are produced using the latest technology trends and it is offered in two different versions, luxury oriented SL and the Sporty SE. The only engine to both the models include a 3.6 liter DOHC V6 engine that produces power up to 265 hp and torque of 255 lb ft. Three different transmissions are offered- four-speed automatic for the luxury version, six-speed manual and the five-speed automatic with manual shift gate.
Standards
