1999 Maxima

The largest passenger car from Nissan, the 1999 Maxima was a four door sedan model offered in front wheel drive. The 1999 model was offered in three different trim levels namely, the luxury GLE, sporty SE and base model GXE sedan.

Engine

The 1999 Maxima was powered with 3.0 liter V6 engine, which produces 190 hp of power at an angular speed of 5600 rpm ad torque of 205 Nm at an angular speed of 4000 rpm. The SE and GXE models came with five-speed manual transmission, while the luxury GLE model had four-speed automatic transmission. Standard on the luxury model and optional on the other two models was the electronically controlled four-speed automatic transmission.

Exteriors

The 3.0 liter V6 engine had the bore size of 93 mm, stroke size of 73.3 mm and compression ratio of 10. It is also included with four valves per cylinder, light alloy head and double overhead cam.
The exterior features provided to the vehicle include bright or chrome trim around side windows, body color body side molding, complex surface lens, rear and front body color bumpers, rear window, passenger and driver power body color door mirrors, and windshield wipers. The wheel base of the 1999 Maxima was 2700 mm.
